Netanel Newberger began his employment as an associate with Milman Labuda Law Group PLLC in 2007, and become senior counsel in 2016 and then a partner in 2017.  He represents employers in a wide variety of fields, including real estate, construction, hospitality, automotive dealerships and security services.  Mr. Newberger provides counseling on employee issues such as discipline and lawsuit avoidance, and he prepares employee handbooks and other policies.  He appears on behalf of companies in federal and state courts, the New York State Department of Labor, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Among Mr. Newberger’s victories was prevailing at a hearing before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, and obtaining the dismissal of an ERISA complaint filed in the Eastern District of New York.  He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
