Biography:
  • Perry Heidecker has been a labor and employment lawyer for forty-five years.  He is a graduate of the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and the Albany Law School of Union University.Mr. Heidecker’s practice focuses exclusively on representing employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations.  In that capacity, Mr. Heidecker has represented clients as diverse as Ford Motors, Dupont Chemical, North American Airlines, Southern Container, the Harvard Family Companies and H.J. Heinz. Mr. Heidecker’s experience includes collective bargaining, counter-organization, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, wage and hour litigation and harassment/discrimination /retaliation litigation. Mr. Heidecker has represented employers in the federal and local courts of eighteen states and has participated in hundreds of lawsuits and thousands of arbitrations.  In addition, he is a frequent public speaker and the author of numerous professional articles. Mr. Heidecker is a member of the ABA’s Labor and Employment Law Committee and has been selected as a “Distinguished Member” by “Lawyers of Distinction” for 2021.
