Kyle Monaghan has wide-range of labor and employment knowledge regarding wage and hour laws, civil rights statutes, collective bargaining and other various employee maters. Mr. Monaghan has experience litigating before federal and state court as well as arbitration in the private and public sectors.
Mr. Monaghan also advised management on how to properly document and discipline employees, how to properly handle and investigate sexual harassment matters and how to properly afford employees paid leave under various federal and state laws.
Prior to joining Milman Labuda Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Monaghan gained experience on both plaintiff-side and defense-side law firms, working as regional counsel to one of the largest unions on Long Island, as well as counsel for various Boards of Education for school districts through New York State.
Mr. Monaghan is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Monaghan is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
